LU Cloud and Chutes
Compare the allowance, its time window and the route your application uses. This is not a performance benchmark or a price-per-token ranking. Different credit units are not interchangeable.
Checked . Plans can change. Follow the sources and recheck before purchasing.
On a narrow screen, scroll the table horizontally to see both services. Keyboard users can focus the table and use the arrow keys, or tab to its source links.

|---|---|---|
| Plan structure | Plus costs USD 10 monthly; Pro costs USD 20. Their monthly caps are USD 50 and USD 100 in equivalent PAYGO usage, respectively. These caps are usage accounting, not cash balances.: Chutes pricing, View plan limits | Credit packs start at EUR 15 for 450,000 credits without a subscription. Use the calculator for your selected model and workload rather than comparing raw credit counts between services.: LU packs and calculator |
| Allowance windows | Plus and Pro allow at most 2,000 and 5,000 API requests daily, with rolling four-hour spend caps of USD 4.17 and USD 8.33. Monthly or burst caps can bind first. Beyond limits, requests automatically use PAYGO billing.: Chutes plan limits dialog | Flash app sessions have a 500,000 combined input/output token allowance per account per day, with one request at a time. Reservations that cannot fit follow the visible credit path. This is a token allowance, not a daily request count.: LU pricing and published limits |
| Automated workloads | Subscription terms allow casual direct use and low-volume API traffic. Production applications, large-scale automated inference and high-concurrency workloads must use PAYGO. This is a subscription restriction, not a ban on the provider's entire API.: Chutes subscription usage terms | LU API keys use credits, including for Flash models. The Flash allowance on an active paid plan is for authenticated app sessions, not API keys. Paid request limits are published separately; credit availability does not guarantee unlimited concurrency.: LU API and session limits |
Budget for the route and the burst
A monthly allowance does not establish how much work can run in a short session. Check both the applicable time windows and the billing fallback before starting an automated workload. Neither service is benchmarked here for task quality or speed.
Read LU's cloud capabilities and restrictions before buying. Hosted requests leave your machine, and image and video generation have content restrictions. Local inference depends on your hardware and backend.
